All our creations are handcrafted using raw natural crystals. As a result, every piece carries its own unique characteristics, including but not limited to:

1. Do not soak your Crystal Pet in water. The clay base is not waterproof and should be kept away from moisture.

2. Place your Crystal Pet on your desk, bedside table, or workspace—its tiny body carries powerful energy and is here to accompany you every day!

3. You may gently apply a small amount of essential oil to the crystal, but please avoid getting any oil on the clay surface or base. Do not soak or completely cover the crystal in oil.

4. Let your Crystal Pet bathe in moonlight or sunlight occasionally, but avoid direct or prolonged exposure to strong sunlight, as it may cause damage.

5. Remember to recharge your Crystal Pet regularly. You can place it under moonlight or near cleansing crystal clusters to refresh its energy.

6. For daily cleaning, use a soft brush to gently remove dust, or wipe the crystal stone with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Be careful not to get the clay base or surface wet.

7. Tiny cracks or lines on the clay base are normal and intentionally preserved to help monitor dryness.

8. If your Crystal Pet gets wet, avoid touching or wiping it immediately. Allow it to air dry naturally in a safe place.
