Shipping policy

From the moment you place your order, please allow 3 to 7 business days for processing time before your order is shipped. This only includes the handling, selection, and packaging of your order, excluding shipping time. For larger crystal products, packaging and shipping may take longer, as we want to ensure that your crystals arrive in perfect condition. During peak shopping periods, processing times may be longer.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Occasionally, the shipping time may be extended due to inventory issues. If this happens, we will notify you by email.

For orders under $99 — $5 for standard shipping.

For orders over $99 — Free standard shipping.

Orders shipped by standard shipping may take 7 to 14 business days to arrive.

International orders may take up to 6 weeks to arrive.

Business days exclude weekends and/or holidays. Once your package is picked up and handed over to the carrier, ShinePurity will no longer be responsible for any potential delays caused by the carrier.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. We recommend you keep track of the tracking information to stay updated on the status of your order.
