We create each piece based on your pet’s real photos, hand-sculpted one-on-one by our designer to precisely capture their unique expression, personality, and the traces of companionship—preserving the memory in this moment.

Classic clay pet sculpture (No Crystal $210)

Crystal custom version (With Natural Crystal $225)
- Approx. 3.94"H including the crystal

Please note:

• The payment you make at checkout is a deposit. After placing your order, our team will contact you to discuss all details, confirm your requirements, and guide you through paying the remaining balance before final production continues.

• Crystals are natural raw stones, so variations in shape and texture occur naturally and are randomly selected. The overall width of the pet will be appropriately adjusted according to the actual production proportions.

• Special requests may incur additional charges based on production complexity.

1. Avoid Contact with Water:
Clay is not waterproof. Please do not soak or rinse it. If it comes into contact with water, allow it to air dry naturally.

2. Placement Suggestions:
Best placed in dry, stable indoor spaces such as a desk, bedside table, or bookshelf.

3. Daily Cleaning:
Gently remove dust with a soft brush or dry cloth. Avoid using damp cloths or cleaning agents.

4. Avoid Strong Light and High Heat:
Please avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high-temperature environments.

5. Handle with Care:
As a delicate handcrafted piece, please avoid dropping or impact.

6. Handcrafted Marks:
Fine textures are normal handcrafted characteristics and are proof of each piece’s unique nature.

Handcrafted & Order Notes

All pieces are 100% handmade (not machine-made); slight artistic adjustments and minor variations are normal.
Minor adjustments may be made for visual balance; exact photo replication cannot be guaranteed.
Production + shipping typically takes around 4 weeks in total.
Once production is confirmed, returns or exchanges are not supported.

How Custom Orders Work

Submit Photos & Start Production
- Please upload your pet’s photos and provide details.
- A 30% deposit is required to begin sculpting.

Sculpting & Confirmation
- The designer creates a sculpt based on your submitted photos.
- A preview will be emailed for your approval.
- One revision is included if needed.
- After sculpt approval, the remaining 70% balance is collected.

Coloring & Detailing
- After full payment, the piece enters coloring, detailing, and refinement.
- No further modifications can be made during this stage.

Final Preview & Shipping
- Final photos will be emailed for confirmation.
- After your approval, your custom piece will be carefully packaged and shipped.
