Return and Exchange Policy
To ensure a safe shopping experience on our website, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. You can enjoy a convenient return or exchange process on our site! As long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving the product, you can return or exchange unused items in their original condition.
Order Cancellation Policy
• If we have not yet shipped: please email us at [email protected]. If it is outside of working hours, please leave us a clear, detailed message with your name, phone number and order number (if any)
• If shipped: Once our order has shipped, it may not be possible to change your address, shipping method, or modify or cancel an order you have already submitted.
Return and Exchange Instructions
Products returned without authorization will not be accepted. Therefore, to return or exchange an item, you must submit a request on our website. Once your return request is approved, the item must be returned within the 30-day period from the date you receive the package. Please follow the instructions in the email you receive after your return request is accepted.
All returned items must be in their original condition, free of scratches or signs of wear, and must not have been altered or resized in any way.
Please use local logistics when returning items. If we do not receive your package via courier, you will be responsible for any loss.
When returning items, all promotional gifts received must also be returned. Otherwise, the retail value of the promotional gifts will be deducted from your refund.
Important Notes:
The return address is not the address on your package, so please contact our customer service for return authorization before proceeding.
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Solid gold jewelry
- Customized jewelry
- Opened or worn products
The return and re-shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
Although you may have enjoyed free or discounted shipping, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. For orders with free shipping, the corresponding shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
For orders from the UK and EU countries, a 20% VAT will be deducted.
Once the item has been delivered and the order transaction is completed, customs insurance will not be refunded if there are any after-sales issues.
We will arrange a reshipment in the following cases:
- The customer received the wrong product.
- The product is damaged, defective, or there is an error in engraving. (For damaged or defective products, customers must contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order.)
Refunds
Once the returned package is received, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment account.
Please note:
Standard shipping rates after any pre-discounted prices will apply and are non-refundable. Even though you may have enjoyed free or discounted shipping, the original shipping cost is not refundable, as each order generates an original shipping cost.
