Shipped Orders

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled directly.

If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may request a return after receiving the package in accordance with our return policy.

Return Shipping Costs

   Item damaged during shipping

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refund Information

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

Please note:

   Original shipping fees are non-refundable

   Customs duties, taxes, and import fees for international orders are non-refundable

   Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account

   If your order qualified for free shipping or discounted shipping, the original shipping cost will not be included in the refund amount
