Unshipped Orders
Orders may be canceled free of charge before shipment.

Shipped Orders
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled directly.
If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may request a return after receiving the package in accordance with our return policy.

3. Once approved, we will send you return instructions and the correct return address
4. Please use a reliable shipping service to return the package
Please note that unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:
• Incorrect item received
• Item damaged during shipping
For confirmed quality-related issues, we will provide a free replacement, exchange, or full refund.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Solid gold products
• Special limited-edition items
• Designer collection items and mineral identification products
• Items marked as “Final Sale”
• Items that have been used, worn, or damaged due to human causes
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

• Photos of the packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement, exchange, or refund.
Refund Information
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Please note:
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees for international orders are non-refundable
• Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account
• If your order qualified for free shipping or discounted shipping, the original shipping cost will not be included in the refund amount
